Rooney Mara With Brit Daniel Craig

American actress Mara Rooney scored the decisive coup would play a leading role in the adaptation of three popular Hollywood Stieg Larsson's "Millennium Trilogy".

Mara, 24, a native of New York State and will play Lisbeth Salander opposite Brit Daniel Craig, 42, of the fame of James Bond.

Swedish film adaptation of Larsson has already been done, the Dane Niels Arden Oplev led the first installment and the Swede Daniel Alfredson other two.

Larsson died in 2004 at the age of 50 years before the book became a global hit.
